Did you ever want to try out magnussoft ZETA, but never did, because you did not know if your hardware was supported or not?

After a long period of preparing, we managed to create a database just for this purpose. The database should help you out with all questions on the topic ZETA and hardware. We would like to present this hardware database as a community-project and all ZETA / BeOS and Haiku users and developers are very welcome to contribute to it. If all of us start to work on it, we believe this database will become a solid foundation for everyone.

Runesoft has published a demoversion for the arcade strategy game "Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood" for magnussoft ZETA. The demo can be downloaded from HERE soon. AudioTagger - Tagging Me! Today, it is possible to include various extra information within a music track. Filenames Very well implemented in ZETA. The BFS provides a lot of attributes, like the title, the artist, and the length of the track, by default ID3Tag Nowadays, almost every MP3 player supports ID3. Extra information is included directly within the music track. The player can read this information regardless of the format the file. If you include ID3 data within an MP3, those information is kept under FAT, NTSF and BFS. CD-Text Most of Sony hardware supports CD-Text. The names of all tracks are stored in the TOC at the beginning of the audio-CD. The player can read out the information and dispay the corresponding song title while playback.
